Refund and Returns Policy

At Global Entrepreneurship Team (GET), we are committed to delivering high-quality training, mentorship, and resources that empower entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide. We also value fairness and transparency. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may apply.

Training Programs, Workshops & Events

  • All registrations and payments for programs, workshops, or events are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

  • If you are unable to attend a live event, GET may (at its discretion) provide access to recordings, rescheduled sessions, or a credit toward a future program.

  • Substitution of participants (transferring your spot to another individual) may be permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the program start date.

Digital Courses & Resources

  • Due to the nature of digital products (courses, toolkits, templates, or e-books), all sales are final once access has been provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for partial participation, non-usage, or technical issues related to the user’s device.

  • Our support team will assist if you face technical difficulties accessing resources.

Coaching & Mentorship Packages

  • Fees for coaching or mentorship packages are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered.

  • If cancelled before the first session, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative/processing charges.

  • Session rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Cancellations by GET

  • If GET cancels or postpones a program, participants will be offered either:

    • A full refund, OR

    • The option to transfer enrollment to a future program of equal value.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Payment gateway fees or administrative charges may be deducted.
